The polyurethane stars are light, durable, flexible and self-cleaning. The stars have a repellent finger profile that is gentle on sensitive material such as roots, vegetation and turf and will not cause chopping or pinching.
The lightweight stars allow for a huge screening area with exceptional performance. The large arc design rotates the material as it is being screened, ensuring complete separation. The bucket is screening throughout its cycle, with no time wasted in stopping and reversing the shafts.
The complete design of the HPS allows for quick shaft removal. The polyurethane stars are easy to replace, reducing downtime. The bearings are protected from contamination and easy to lubricate.
